| Welcome to the Warehouse Intelligence System (WIS). These Terms of Use (TOU) govern your use of WIS. By using WIS, you agree to be bound by these TOU. |
| 2. Definitions |
| "WIS" means the Warehouse Intelligence System, including all associated software, websites, and services. "User" means any individual or entity that uses WIS. |
| 3. Grant of License |
| WIS is licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WIS for your own internal business purposes. |
| 4. Restrictions |
| You may not:
Resell WIS. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble WIS. Use WIS for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Use WIS in a way that violates the rights of any third party. |
| 5. Intellectual Property |
| All intellectual property rights in WIS, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by the WIS developers. You agree not to infringe on any of these intellectual property rights. |
| 6. Data |
| Any data that you enter into WIS is your own data. You agree to keep your data accurate and up-to-date. WIS is not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data. |
| 7. Changes to WIS |
| The WIS developers may make changes to WIS at any time. You agree to be bound by these changes. |
| 8. Termination |
| The WIS developers may terminate your license to use WIS at any time for any reason. You agree to immediately cease using WIS upon termination of your license. |
| 9. Governing Law |
| These TOU are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these TOU shall be resolved in the courts of Candelaria, Quezon, Philippines. |
| 10. Entire Agreement |
| These TOU constitute the entire agreement between you and the WIS developers regarding the use of WIS. These TOU supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. |
